Racing Flats Best Suited To Orthotics?

Its time to upgrade from my well worn DS trainer racing flats and now that im in orthotics im wondering what racing flat is best suited to accommodate them? what with all this support, cushioning, etc categories im not so sure which pair to go with next that will suit best!

Mizuno Hitogami,had a guy put the bulkiest orthotic in there and fitted like a glove.
