Surprised they didn't edit out Paul Gambaccini from this repeat.

He was arrested, but I don't think he has been charged with anything.

The show was mental, the thread was brilliant.

I realize Sabs may not be everyone's cup of tea, but their influence on heavy metal is immeasurable. First album practically invented the genre (yet sadly gave birth to yodelling morons like Focus)!

If you missed the LLS, brace yourself for Oirish stereotyping in Copenhagen this May!

Don't think Van Halen ever recorded anything for the OGWT - if I recall they toured the UK with Sabbath in 1978, but didn't stop in during their travels to see Auntie Beeb

Saw the song that won at the end.

An unmemorable tune, some lads doing a jig (like we all do), girls in short skirts one of whom was playing a violin.

Wouldn't get the hopes up too high.
