Hi does anyone here have any experience of buying from Waterford Motor Village good or bad. Is it a long established or new business. Thanks.

They are an established business - they have been there for about fifteen years (used to be Daewoo, then Chevrolet main dealer).

I haven't bought a car from them, but have bought numerous spare parts over the years. My experience hasn't been that positive - I often find you're left waiting at the counter while staff work in back offices or walk past you without acknowledgment until they're ready to deal with you. There have also been several occasions where phone calls and emails have been ignored, despite repeated contact.

The above would lead me to believe that their after-sales service isn't up to much, but that's only my limited experience of buying spare parts, and not a car.

If it's the same owners as when it was Chevrolet then I can say that I bought 2 2nd hand cars from them over a few years and found them really good to deal with. Unusually honest for a car dealer. I'd buy from them again.

Bought a new Chevrolet from them in 2011.

Good to deal with, not trying to rob you on the trade in unlike some others on the Cork Road.

    Reasonable servicing prices.

    I would buy again.

Bought two different cars from them, problem with one gave me a loaner and fixed it in two days.
