Massive last 2 wins for us, hugely pyschologically important for us and Spurs. They've to play Spurs, Arsenal and Sothampton before we play them.

Thats effectively a 7 point lead on Spurs and 12 points on the next closest team........

Wonderful result! Spurs were awful today, and I really can't see them picking up more points than us over the remainder of the season.

    Fourth looking really good lads!

32 goal difference and only one place between us.

fűck me John_W and all his staticians should see how close we are.

the boys up front are doing their bit..now lets spend some serious money on a W.C DM and another wad on a W.C CB to partner Sakho.

shore up our leaky as fűck defence as push on.

Its only when your running at your best do you really see your true weaknesses

We are unbeaten this year in the league.

    20 points from a possible 24.

For those of you who want to watch Ilori, Valencia vs Granada is now on.

A few points from the match today, we were way too open, Gerrard kept losing Shelvey and a better player would have scored 3. Agger is poor against more physical strikers. This affects Skrtels game. I think Agger will be moved on this summer.
Allen should have come on for Coutinho at half time. Moses is crap. I wouldn't even bother having him on the bench at this stage.

Agreed with all of that, pretty much how I saw the game aswell.

Another 20 from the next 24 would make things very interesting indeed!!

Fantastic week. We won, Everton and Spurs lost.

Before we played United, we have games against Sunderland and Southampton. If we can even get 4 points from those games, that leaves us on 60 points with 9 to play. The 4th place spot reply with is ours to lose.

3 away games on the trot now since the Sunderland game got rearranged.

Southampton, Man U and Cardiff away.

Great result for us, but perhaps even better news for us is how bad spurs were. They were second best throughout and never looked overly dangerous. I know norwich are a very good side at home, but spurs were still very poor today. I expect them to drop quite a few points in march. Id say we can afford to drop 15 points and still get fourth.

And that's achieved without a defence!

Nice to have some breathing room there in 4th!

Title is still a bit of an optimistic dream at this stage imo, but it's nice that we've pushed our way in to that group which had been pegged as a 'top 3' for a while, and out of the group labelled as CL contenders.

In a commanding position now with 11 games left, and it's a case of not messing it up from here on out.

Beat spurs at home and not lose away to United it would be hard seeing us being beaten to 4th spot.

Lads I don't get this constant 7 points talk, we are not effectively 7 points ahead. If we lose three and the have two wins and a draw they go ahead. We are 6 points clear with a superior goal difference.
