Theres a place on the second floor of the stephens green shopping centre, i cant vouch for its quality though, as i have yet to use it. It has a diminutive but incredibly sexy girl working there, its worth checking out for her alone.

    I've used it.
The quality isn't bad, but it is pretty pricey.

You can find other places that do it cheaper.

There is a place in Santry that does all the student society stuff

I remember two years ago wandering around temple bar looking for DNC cafe and I found a studenty spot that did printed T-shirts. Didn't get anything done but they looked like very good quality and wasn't too dear. Can't for the life of me remember their name or where they were tho other then roughly near DNC in temple barish. :p
