Turn Off Water to Apartment Toilet

Wondering how I turn off water supply to toilet? I've noticed drops coming out from cistern near inlet pipe. There's a hot press with various red stop taps but not sure which way/which one and also a stop tap under the sink. Want to cut off supply to toilet overnight if at all possible to avoid a mess in the morning

It should be one of the Red Valves in the Hot press. They turn Clockwise to close. Just turn each one to close in turn until you find the right one.
