Where can I buy topcoat spray paint?

Hi I recently got into painting Gundam kits and I am wondering where can I buy topcoat sprays in Dublin or online. I had visited Marks Model on Hawkin Street in Dublin but they seem to only stock Humbrol Gloss Varnish. Also are there any difference between varnish and topcoat? Thank you.

just use the stuff you get in the likes of Halfords. They do clear gloss and matt laquer. You generally get better value for money too.
