Fan oven not heating fully

Hi all. Have a double oven with main fan oven not working. It will only partially heat up, to approx 90 degrees. Fan is not turning at all. Any ideas or is it for the scrap heap? Top oven and grill are working 100%. Thanks in advance

I feel your answer is in your question, the fan plays a big part in getting an oven up to temperature, fan failure is a common complaint, no major expensive repair.
