I've 25 quid on Man U DNB tonight at 5/4 with PP.
I know Man U are off form but their record in the Emirates is impressive with 3 wind and a draw in last 6 there. They have won 7 out of the last 10 meetings between them. Arsenal are without Vermaelen, Walcott, Diaby, Ramsey and Flamini and confidence must be battered after Anfield last Saturday. Ozil has gone off the boil a bit too. Man U will be desperate not to lose again and I think they'll start a mini-revival tonight.
    Thoughts...

Stake back thanks largely to de Gea. Why didn't i back man u double chance. Silly.

    - large Stake

Just repeating what I said in the Arsenal game where I had a large stake on the single. With his goal in the Arsenal game it's now 14/17 league games he has found the net in.
Fulham have conceded 12 goals in their last 4 games at the Cottage and I see no reason why he won't add to his tally. He scored a hat trick in this fixture last season.

BOOM main bet wins and more profit for me :D:D:D

    Women's football tomorrow morning!

Under 2.5 in New Zealand vs North Korea @ 1.80

    http://int.women.soccerway.com/matches/2014/02/13/world/friendly-women/new-zealand/korea-dpr/1641590/

2 underish teams with similar results against the same opposition, and I wouldn't be surprised if the North Korean women played like their male counterparts - very defensive robotic football, which seems to be the case judging by their results.

    Women's world ranking : http://www.fifa.com/worldranking/rankingtable/women/
Doesn't seem to be much difference between the two teams, both teams showed they could compete with the best teams (Japan, Brazil, US)

Some serious odds movements in this game... North Korea from 2.20 to 1.30... minus 0.30 on over 2.5, hope this game won't be fixed :o

Hard to call this game, Lens are the new PSG/Monaco, they're a very ambitious side and will have a great team in Ligue 1 next season, they have a decent coach too, while Lyon are in great form... If I had to bet on this game, I'd take Lens double chance, not sure about unders here.

Lyon are without Lacazette, who's probably the most in form striker in the league at the moment.

Last round of the 3rd period in the Dutch Jupiler league tonight icase you were wondering all 10 matches of this round are played today.

Admit it, you all were wondering.

Winning one of the 4 period "championships" means qualification for promotion play offs at the end of the season.

So there are a few rather important matches to night based on the period league standing:

    Team G W G V P DV DT
    1 Willem II 8 6 0 2 18 11 - 6
    2 VVV-Venlo 8 6 0 2 18 11 - 7
    3 FC Den Bosch 8 5 1 2 16 17 - 14
    4 Excelsior 8 4 3 1 15 14 - 8

    Which looks a mess.
Comes down to these 4 must win their games to pick up the play off spot

Excelsior should be able to do so at home against Eindhoven. They are on a good run, have the joined league topscorer in Veldwijk who has been scoring a lot since the winter break.
They are depending on losses for VVV and WIllem II of course which isnt very likely that they will both lose.

I do expect goals in Graafschap - Volendam but they ll most likely come from Volendam who play much better away from home than at home.
Could win there since De Graafschap lost their 2 best players in the break.
Also Dordrecht - Jong Ajax looks to be set for goals

Dont trust Den Bosch to win, mostly because Sparta never does what i hope/expect but Den Bosch with almost 4 gpm in their last 8 matches, should be at least a vod.

    So 5 fold for fun:

    Excelsior win @1.83
    Graafschap - Volendam over 3 GL @1.85
Dordrecht - Jong Ajax over 3 GL @1.675
Den Bosch - Sparta over 3 GL @1.975
    Willem II win @1.85

    Alright mates

Napoli -1 @Sassuolo. 8/5 with PP, not looking for the best price, ye can do that yerselves.

Beat milan 3-1, roma 3-0 this week.

They bought Sassulo's best player (Jorginho) in Jan.

Sassuolo 4 miserable defeats in a row; conceded 49 goals in 23 games.

Napoli's attack is ridiculous: Higuian, Hamsik, Mertens, Callejon, Insigne.

Higuain with 3 goals in 6 days

Decent weather forecast as well for sunday.

    Correct Score prediction: 4-1

Jorginho was signed from Hellas Verona, not Sassuolo.

Napoli struggled badly against Sassuolo in the game in Naples (Finished 1-1), even after Sassuolo were hammered 7-0 by Inter. This was mainly due to Napoli relying on their counter attacking style and then struggling to break down the Sassuolo wall of defenders.

Napoli did beat Roma 3-0 at home midweek but this could be seen as a negative as well as a positive as they're bound to be tired after an energy-sapping game.

Also, Napoli have their Europa League tie away to Swansea this Thursday which Benitez is expected to take seriously. I'd expect a good deal of squad rotation for this one and while I think they should win, Napoli could well struggle again against the minnows and it's definitely in your best interests to wait for the lineups.

In addititon Napoli have been very poor away from home, 2 wins in their last 8.

    Oh you're right Smithwicks, verona!

Napoli cant rotate defence or midfield too much due to their limited enough options but regardless of who they play up front, 3 of Higuain, callejon, hamsik, insigne, mertens wont be bad.

Napoli will prioritise 3rd place over EL progress as Fiorentina are hot on their heels.

True, but they also have Duvan Zapata and Goran Pandev to play up top and either of them could start and thus reduce their firepower. It's not a bad bet but I'd just wait for the lineups first as you have nothing to lose because the price won't shorten dramatically as it could with other bets :)

    Graafschap - Volendan easy
    Den Bosch void
Willem II pushed had but 2-2
And Dordrecht pure and utter pants 1-1

Sorry but is anything going to be done about this scrounger posting in this forum. Its akin to me asking someone to buy me a lotto ticket and if I win I'll give them 100 euro in return. If ya don't have the money to deposit in your own account ya shouldn't be placing bets. I hope no one is stupid enough to be caught out by this fraud.

Under 2.5 in Bastia vs Monaco @ 1.70

Bastia played defensively for the first time last week (5 at the back and 3 defensive midfielders) and it worked as they got their first away win of the season. In the pre-game press conference, the coach said he's gonna play the same way against Monaco today, saying that even though it's a home game, they have to focus on defending first, then think about attacking. It's the first time I've heard the coach say that, as he used to always play attacking football, even away to PSG and Monaco... so we're very likely to see a 5 man defense again and very few attacking players on the pitch.
I watched Monaco away to Nice in the Cup, and they had most of the possession but didn't create too many chances, despite Nice being a man down.
Bastia lost the corresponding fixture 3-0, but they played attacking football in that game and Falcao single-handedly won the game for Monaco and now he's out.
