I have asked the UPC crew as well

But just wondering if anyone else has had issues connecting Horizon to their network (I am using my router for my broadband)?

Yes go into the settings on the horizon box and change the wireless frequency from ch1 to ch11 or 7 for much better results been telling UPC this for years and it falls on deaf ears...

Here is a guide to how to do it :-)

The change wireless channel doesn't even show up as an option for me.

you're putting the wifi password in wrong or your connecting to the someone elses router nearby. the wifi keys are case sensitive.

Believe me, I'm not doing either of these things. I am aware of the case sensitive issue.
