PC mic/headset that uses combo-jack

I have a Philips SHM3560 that has a combo jack connection.

Headphone can be viewed here.

Not quite sure if I should be asking here or pc building and upgrading.

Anyway, my motherboard is an ASRock 970DE3/U3S3 and the connectors on the back look as follows:

Motherboard connectors can be viewed here.

The motherboard only has a line in / audio and microphone slot. My question is can I get some sort of cable that will convert either: The audio & microphone slot into a combo port OR the headset wire into audio and microphone wires.

You can get 3.5mm to combo jack converters, but I haven't seen, and can't find online any that go in the opposite direction. How handy are you with a soldering iron?

It's perfect for it anyway, if these headphones were not so good I'd just buy a different pair.
