Hi guys Need a bit of advice got a present of this lenovo desktop h520s but it does not have a usb 3 port .I want to add it through a pci card do not know what i need to order, please see the pictures below I am a complete amateur when it comes to computer's any help would be great i am confused between pci-e pci-e express…

Something like this.

There are cheaper ones but not sure which ones come with low profile brackets which you need for your case, that one specifically says it has included LP brackets though.
