What kind of microphone(s) do you use for your podcasts?

I'm looking for a reasonably priced mic (most likely USB) and was wondering what people are using for their podcasts.

2 of those via USB with a Creative Soundcard to power them.

Sound quality is unreal, expensive tho around 400 all in including the USB cable.

The sound quality from them is just brilliant for the price, couldn't recommend them highly enough.

These come with nice carry cases too and all the connections for mic-stands.

Anyone have any experience with the Audio Technica ATR2100?

I keep seeing it popping up on review sites.

I use the blue yeti microphone and set it to roundtable for the pod. Lovely sound, easy to use. Roughly €100. It's used by Live Audio Wrestling and Nairby Radio as well.

I use the Blue Yeti too. Ordered a Broadcasters boom stand recently and going to try and retrofit a shockmount I have to fit it as the Blue one is expensive.
Its a fantastic mic my only issue is the stand it comes with can be noisy on tabletops etc.

I use the Blue Snowball. It's good but think the Yeti could be better. Some background noise while recording.

Theres always background noise. Best thing to do is to record a few seconds of silence before you start talking then create a noise profile. You can remove the noise from the recording then!
