I have a Sky a HD box and last week bought a movie from sky store. To do this I had to have the cable from the phone plugged into the box. After downloading the movie I pulled the cable back out. I went to buy another movie yesterday and noticed that it let me do it without the phone cable plugged into the box! My reason for keeping it unplugged is to stop the kids buying movies without me knowing as it is so easy to do. I was checking all the options, parental controls etc but can't find a way of stopping the box from allowing purchases from sky store. Any ideas?
    Thanks

If the box is connected to the internet then it no longer needs the phone line to buy movies. Not sure how to stop it.

Have you looked in the parental section for the Spending Restrictions option.
