Fishing fleet on the quay

Does anybody know why there's local fishing fleet parked on the quay? I bet theyjust hide from the recent storms but maybe there's another story behind;) Any local fishermen on boards?

Whenever the weather is this bad they come up river, kinda logical really. What with all the quays and everything.
