Cannot print properly from Bank of Ireland forum thread

    I'm trying to print a thread from the Bank of Ireland forum for my records (I asked a question and had it answered), but it comes out as a mess of what I want overlaid with the BoI icons and other stuff from the sidebars etc. This also happens when I switch to the "printable version". Is there something I've overlooked? If necessary, I could print from a file made from series of screenshots, but that would be tedious given the number of screens I'd have to capture for the thread.

    Perhaps saving to a file, or using a different browser might help

    Thanks bonzodog2 !

    I tried the first suggestion just now
    (1) Saving the default page to file (Forefix, "HTML-only") seperated the non-thread 'junk' out as 2 pages atop the desired text, so that was an improvement
    (2) Then I saved the "printable version", which printed just the thread

    --> problem solved - thanks again :)
