The Garden House Richmond Road

    Thinking about buying an apartment in Drumcondra\Fairview area. Heard good things about The Garden House complex off Richmond Road. Anyone know what it's like? Or anywhere else in that area?

    drumcondra is a great area to live in. Location wise its within walking distance of the city centre and very close to the airport.

    great amenities and all round great place to live.

    I'm not too familiar with the place you are refering to, but hope the above is of some help.

    You're kind of half way between both Drumcondra and Fairview there.
    Biggest drawbacks of Richmond Road are the horrible level of traffic and the flooding it is prone to. Another annoyance is the Croke Park 'parking'.
