2006 Ford Focus drivers and rear speakers not working

Just wondering if anybody has come across this in a Ford Focus 2006 (or any car) and is there any common problems that you know of?

Have read up on the problem on various other forums but no real DIY solutions are mentioned.

Is it as simple as the all speakers are blown (currently only front passenger woofer and both tweeters working) or could I be looking at fuses or the audio control module?

Or is it and audio shop job? if so anybody got any recommendations for a good one around Dublin?

Have you got the stereo set to the front passenger side? Look at the fade options first.

I have checked that out already, no sound at all when I fade to the back and only sound in the front left woofer.

Think it maybe time to bring to a car audio place.
