    I thought the third man into a tackle was always meant to hit above the knee anyway?
    If not then it's a necessary addition - when you've two blokes holding you up it's a cheap shot taking someones legs out like that and there's a good chance of injury.

    40/20 makes sense.
    While I still disagree with getting rid of the shoulder charge, anything to prevent cheap shots and grapples to vulnerable opponents can only be a good thing.
