dental implants galway

Hi all. I need a dental implant to fill a gap which my babytooth is currently in.I am 26 and want this removed as it is loose.so im talking about extraction and implant and I also need another tooth to be squared as my incisor is beside my two front teeth. Has any experience in Galway with extraction and implant. Obviously cost is a factor but also success. Could someone explain the process they went through e.g after extraction can u get the post in or do u have to wait some time.is it painful after. How long would I need off work. Any after care service. Things u have to watch. Thanks in advance for all your help much appreciated.

The baby tooth is normally smaller than the corresponding adult tooth , so depending on space available , implant might not be the best option

implants is not such a common treatment that a majority of people has it unlike a filling, so statistically you getting a recommendation of this board will be a tad difficult especially in a specific area geographically , have you discussed this with your own dentist? what your alternatives are? are you suitable for implants?
