Have UPC Blocked KAT?

Just wondering if it's blocked for other UPC customers too? I can't find any headlines reporting this and it certainly only happened today, it's giving me a 404 error from UPC themselves.

Like it's going to make a difference

Edit: Ah yeah just noticed its the exact same url that you get from TPB

Working on UPC here but I use Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).

Not here to promote use of work arounds, but Cyberghost VPN has a great deal on at the moment €10 for a year.

It is blocked, yesterday it was reporting that it was blocked due to a court order. there's plenty of mirrors, was just interesting to see different dns settings could get around it
