Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Qasr 'tzz at-Din

It's referenced endlessly as the village where the "Yazidi Black Book" is kept...

But trying to find it on a map, etc., is seemingly - to me at least - impossible.

There's a fair chance that it has numerous alternate spellings. I wonder is it Qasr 'Izz ad-Din in Tunisia?

    That's a good guess. :)

It's hard to know though, as the faith seems to be centred in Northern Iraq - where their main prophet is buried.

Typical wiki mess huh? If it's misspelled and that misspelling is then copied onto hundreds of websites. :/

Actually, that's probably a stretch given the Yazidi seems to have Middle-Eastern origins.

More googling seems to show there's little if any connection to Tunisia.

    Check this:

Seems like the best bet is Iraq... But it's not easy to find if it's there.
