Form Job Seekers Claim Part B (JCP B) Question

    Q2 Have you been on a Community Employment Scheme in the last 5yrs

    A. YES

    Q2a. Were you on this scheme for 12 months or more

    A. YES (Was on it for the last 5yrs)


    My problem is with question 6.

    Q6 When were you last in paid employment.

    Do they mean other than CE scheme or should I enter my CE details.

    Thats what I'm thinking myself.

    Shame they don't make it clear on the forms:(

    Similar situation on the UP1 Jobseekers application form, first they ask you to enter your employment details, and naturally people will put down the name of their ce sponser as their employer, which they are and then on the next page, your asked, are you on any Fas training schemes, like ce etc
