Mortgages for Irish Nationals with Northern Ireland salary

Do you lend to Irish nationals who are cross-border workers and earn a Northern Ireland, sterling, salary (purchasing a house located in the Republic of Ireland)?

I'm looking into applying for a mortgage this year and meet all the usual criteria (permanent employment, large deposit, etc.).

The only potential issue is that my salary is in UK pounds.

If you do lend to people with a Northern Ireland salary, is there any information specific to such people that one should bear in mind?
