what about the manager removed after 21 days no login as per poll @ http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057120207

or is there a limit on how many changes can be made ie 2? if only 2 then probably the below are more important.
    • No buying from unmanaged teams
    • SMFA monitoring of transfers off

I think it's only 2 changes but will check that out!

Getting decent loan signings is tedious :( constant rejection from chairmen

I've accepted Loan offers on Januzaj and Praet.

Will probably accept 1-2 more but need to ensure my team will have enough depth to focus on the cups as well as maintaining D1 status

Got this message - "Players chairman will not allow this player to go out on loan"

    I don't like him.

Shalke, and I gave an undertaking that he wont get recalled even if he rises

I had 8-9 mid 80s out on loan last season, with selling some of them I might not be able to let as many go ... cant wreck my starting 11 by playing tehm in every game ... Even the young need to be rotated

    No pressure

This season your Chairman expects you to mount a serious promotion challenge.

    Opener against inter.

This season your Chairman expects you to avoid relegation.

The lack of confidence is soul destroying

    My fella is realistic

S1 he expected promotion - and got it!
S2 he expected to avoid relegation - and got it!
S3 he's expecting top10 - and will get it

Not worried about the match more he wants a 3rd successive promotion, technically I didn't get the first two as most of the work was done when I took over, but he could have given me some money.

    Jealous much? :P

Shows what was being talked about a few days back is true though; cup runs are hugely important when it comes to manager rankings.

May have solved the scoring goals problem, still need to work on the not conceding goals problem (albeit only a friendly)

Anzhi beat Chelsea 4 - 2 in a thrilling Friendly encounter.
Doumbia, Džeko and Xhaka were amongst the goalscorers.

This season your Chairman expects you to please his wife as he has recently become impotent due to the stresses of dealing with you and your pathetic management style and the last thing he needs is a divorce due to an unsatisfied spouse.

    Strange.

    Anyway...

Willow Murphy steered Estudiantes to victory against Beşiktaş JK.
Estudiantes beat Beşiktaş JK 2 - 0 in their Friendly fixture.
Storari had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match.
Ki and Hoilett were amongst the goalscorers.

    :D:D A nice solid performance!! :):)

    Drew 1-1...

I think the decision to switch Candreva to CB didn't pay off with a 85th min equaliser!!!

@ Mac is the transfer monitoring turned off? Deals awaiting man!!

Did a few loan deals I'm happy with. Thanks to Barcelona and Tottenham gaffers! On a side note. Spent time doing a deal with a manager for a CF. Make a cash and player offer we're both happy with via PM. Go to do the deal, chairman won't let me make the offer.... INFURIATING. F*cking chairman!!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,831 ✭✭✭Peanut Butter Jelly

Anyone you want to loan to me to level out the bank books after you splashed the cash on that guy today?
