Huh. I literally put my bid in 5 minutes ago :S Just stumbled accross him while reading an article, saw two other bids and thought "sure why not". And it looks as if I've got him. 5 minutes later and he'd be on his way to Bayern. Sorry PPPP.

The same happened me too when I hijacked Velez Sarsfield's (I think) bid for Ki.

Anyway, 'twas more tounge in check. I asked about a cash bid for Balotelli a few days back. Was told cash was useless. Then he proceeds to be weird about cash deals on here with me. Then puts in a cash bid with me for a player.

So yeah, fired back a cheeky counter offer, but not sure it's lol worthy; a player he wants and some cash for a player I want. Yes, slanted in my favour,but could be negoiated if wanted. But never expected to be accepted but not 150m and his two top players either

My ranking isn't amazing despite walking away with D4 and having the longest unbeaten record in the game world, mostly because my cup run was non-existant. I prioritised winning the league over doing well in the cup, this cost me manager points. Beating teams in the leagues above you is how you rise. If you want good manager rankings, finishing near the bottom of your league table and not having a cup run isn't going to do much for you.

PPPP got to 3rd in the rankings with a pretty **** club on the back of a promotion and 2 good cup runs, he earned it.

Portsmouth should have moved to a better club in a lower league, I would have, and his ratings would have jumped massively very quickly.

My ability as a manager shouldnt be discounted because I have a poor team.

That sporting team you had was a joke in Division 4, your unbeaten run had nothing to do with you, your squad was full of 90+ players.

You try get 14th in a league full of inters and chelsea's with a star striker rated 87.

My whole point was teams like your sporting had ridiculously good squads for the league they were in, and as such the manager ratings were skewed unfavourably.

Obviously your ranking isn't amazing, look at the team you had

The cash sale is now on in Anzhi, two specimens available for perusal and selection. My preference would be for these to go to Div 4 teams, but cash is king. I'll leave them up for a few days and the best offer wins.

Up first we have no nonsense CB Larangeira DANILO, mainstay of the Anzhi defence for the last two years at 29 still only a child in DC terms, currently rated at 88.

The second player has just signed for Monaco and is about to join the Premier League on loan for the rest of the season, a centre forward with an eye for goal Lacina Traora is 23 years old, 6' 7" tall and is only going one way on the ratings system. Fully expect him to be at 90 by the start of the 14/15 season where he may well be the leading centre forward for Monaco (expect Chelsea to get Falcao, that's why Monaco bought him) He's currently at 88 which means he offers incredible value for the right team. Averaged 7.64 in the performance ratings last season as well.

Actually, why am I selling him? This is madness, it's like art imitating life with the clearout at Anzhi.

Anyway both are now available in an open auction, cash only and I'll accept an offer on Monday morning so you'll have them in time for Season 3. You can leave your bids private if you like I won't be making them public.
