Smooth out stucco ceilings

    Bought a house recently. 4 bed semi detached. The upstairs 4 bedrooms, main bathroom and landing area ceilings have a "stucco" finish.
    Looking for a cost on either removal of the stucco or plastering over to give a smooth finish. Whichever is easier

    Costs can including painting white or not (When quoting, please indicate).

    Also, there are fan light windows over two of the bedroom doors. Would also like a price on the filling in of these windows. Removal and plastering the wall in instead.

    If anyone wants to recommend a good plasterer/painter please PM

    Dublin 15 area.
