Would have posted earlier but this was my turn to work this New Year :(

This gem came to light during a trivia session over Christmas
Gaston Aumoitte & Georges Johin won the gold for which sport at the 1900 Olympics? (It helped that they were the only competitors!)

    Roque?

Wasn't 100% about it. It's more related to the cat family than dog but is actually neither. It does have a mane however.

Oops meant that in relation to Hyena quote "Not a species of cat"

Similar yeah but not really the same, aardwolves eat insects and the like; pretty different to other hyenas, but yeah you're right in that theyre in the same family

Originally named Cairbre, and born in Dublin in 1919, what did this lion become famous for? He was actually renamed and known differently in his famous role. Bonus point if you can name him too!;)

The first of the MGM lions, used in the 1920s only if I remember correctly. I can't think of his stagename.
