According to their twitter account -

Boards.ie ‏@boards_ie 13m the backup was from 6:30 am, so anything between then and now has been lost unfortunately
    :(

It was actually rather funny if you refreshed it back to the front page while the error was starting.
EVERY new thread was coming going into the Airsoft Adverts one.

So all the deranged AH posts were ending up there.
God help those who subscribed to that thread....all the previous posts on boards were transferred into it simultaneously:eek:

    Can you imagine....

    *you have 187,533 new emails*

I'd be inclined to tell him to go f' himself if I was you, ringing your oul fella to ask if you would do something:rolleyes:. Ringing your oul fella to get your number fair enough beyond that it has nothing to do with your father. At absolute minimum you want him to call around and apologise and ask you in person.

I'm guessing he's more of his father's era than jersey's. No matter what age jersey is, he'l always see him as a young fella. I don't expect he was intentionally disrespecting him. He may of felt he'd be disrespecting jersey's father by bypassing 'the boss'. I do see it from your point of view too at the same time.

I'm of jerseys fathers era ffs. When I was thinking about it first I was thinking of fellas my own fathers age but when you actually pointed out how relatively young the man probably is it makes it worse.

Jersey said in another thread that he is in his early twenties, so you could understand a neighbour asking his dad. Even tho jersey may becoming more and more of the actual boss, the neighbours may not see it yet.
It might be still acceptable to ring the father , but I'm sure that will be changing over the next year or two when they see jersey writing/receiving cheques

I was over in your mans place the other day. Mighty set up alright and 80ac of reseeds and watered and roadways.
He knows a bit from having sheep so he's not shy about having to get up middle of the night. He really just wanted to know what we did with heifers when they calved and what we did with calves. I'd say he'll be fine when he gets going.
Managing grass will be his only big problem I'd say.
He's been putting the heifers through the robot since he got it finishe'd last week and he said they have no fear of it now. Only thing is there not used to anything else so it should be easy to train them

i would have to agree, if he is old enough to be running the farm himself then have the manners to ask the man you want to do the job, if jersey was still in school, then fair enough ask his dad,

Anyone ever see one of these in use?

Rang your man there. 20k gallons is 5,000e they go up to something like 100k gallons.
He said they will store slurry out of tanks on can be used as a stand alone slurry store. He said, for what i was talking about doing ehich was take slurry off a scraped passage way i need a receiving chamber and a pump that agitates the slurry before it goes into the tank. Once its in the tank you can spread straight out of it, no need to agitate it because no air can get in do there is no crust. The pump ranges in price from 1,500 to 6000. And it last for 30yr main and can be rolled up and moved if you ever want too.

He's sending me on more info about them.
It might be an option for me and get me out of a hole for a year or two

Yep, we use them overseas for holding diesel for vehicles and aviation fuel for helicopters. We know them as bladders. Also hold drinking water in them too. Very robust. Only snag we had was the water would heat up but that was in the African heat so I'd say you would be safe enough around Wexford :D

Would you need a reciever chamber if you could use the agitator to pump it through a few pipes straight into the pouch ?
