Zanussi zds699ex Water will not enter machine no pipes blocked etc, inlet valve will not open assumjing this is a solenoid valve (valve is working outside of machine but not when connected) is my pcb board gone? any help appreciated regards William

Pull it out from the wall and tilt forward as much as possible ,if water comes from underneath stand upright again and check for filling. if its ok but happens again later it has a leak that's activating the flood switch, then it needs further investigating
