Tattoo's in Kilkenny

    just wondering if there is any good tattoo artists in Kilkenny that would charge by the job rather than hour. I am planning to get my first one in 2014 hoping to get some Celtic done.

    Don't focus on the price focus on getting the right tattoo done by the right artist.
