Advice:
If your going to stay up then make sure YOU EAT lots of fruit,veg,fish and other extremely healthy foods, AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

- If you don't go to asleep what so ever this can have an extremely negative impact, as I once staid up for 3 days over the summer and at one stage I felt like I was unable to move and felt like brain cells were dying... so like, watch yourself.

If your going to use a supplement then I suggest you use Eskimo 3's Omega; (click link)
You find it at most (90%) of Pharmacy's.

The purity rate is 38% which IS EXTREMELY HIGH, you can get Omega 3 on prescription and that purity is 38% also.
So your getting the best of the best. EG: you can get an omega 3 supplement at Lidil but its only 10% purity.

I had a fill of Guinness in the pub tonight, and, without fail, I always wake up around 5am and stay wide away for about an hour because of it. Don't know why and no other drink has this effect on me. So, yeah.

I haven't slept before 6am since January. I wear ear plugs because I'm very irritable with snoring so I can't watch tv/listen to music. So at this stage I'm reading a book
