Hi Guys, My gf is looking for world travel insurance for 1 year. She is a french resident. Do any of you know of insurance companies that do 1 year insurance?

If she is resident in France, she would need to check out the insurers there. It has nothing to do with an open EU market, it's just that Irish insurers aren't set up to process claims outside Ireland unless they establish an agency in that country. Not many do
