About to sit down to some of my own lamb chops. Very tasty just a little bit on the fatty side. Left them a month too long. Anyway you live and learn.

I spoke too soon. We lost power for about ten minutes. Back again, some decent rumbles of thunder knocking around though. Oh yeah, at least I have some reading to do, the drainage manual arrived this morning :D

A farmer living close to us just had his bull go down with TB. That's the 4th in the vicinity in a year:(

Neighbour here doesn't get on with said farmer had some sympathetic words for him this evening.

"Pity the cnut didn't go down with it himself"
    :D

Don't like a few lads and might not say good things about them sometimes but I never do wish anything bad happens to them don't think there's any luck to be got wishing bad luck on people, two contractors I know in the area don't get on, one of them was bad mouthing the other to me one day, couldn't say enough bad things, just had to laugh to myself because all his problem as far as I can see is he begrudging of how well the other is getting on

That one last night is one you could get over the one with the silage pit cover wouldn't bear thinking about, surprised you're able to remember your dream, I usually have it forgotten about 10 mins after I wake up
