    I know you anticipate every entry in my log as if it was the final episode of breaking bad/sopranos/ Dallas etc but I've been struggling with the dreaded man flu for a week now so no running.

    Getting back to my rant. Can you imagine if social media was around 2000 years ago.

    MARY (mother of Jesus): just like to let all my friends know that my son Jesus h Christ passed away this morning. (Friday 3pm)

    Jesus (son of god): what up bitches I'm back. What did I miss? (Sunday 5pm)

    Well you're coming from such a low level it would be nearly impossible for you not to close the gap :)

    Manflu gone and chest infection nearly cleared. Should be able to chance a run this evening or tomorrow.
