1. What is your budget? 800/850

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming/Video editing -MineCraft BF4 Most CODs Some editing and recording with the hd pvr.

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [Hard drive/DVD Drive/Case/PSU/etc.] (If possible state brand and model of the parts to ensure compatibility)

5. Do you need a monitor? Yes

5a. If yes, what size do you need. 20-22

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Ya Just a Cheap one will do good for now

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Not now but maybe later

8. How can you pay? Not looking to buy from someone here but to help me get parts

9. When are you purchasing? about10 days

This is about as good as you'll get for the price. You can add a german version of windows on that site, you'll get the product key and can just download and install the english version. Product key doesn't differentiate between languages.

The build you gave me has no windows and windows is an extra 100?

Drop the SSD. Space is more important for you if you are capturing video. Consider getting an SSD as a boot drive in the future as it really is the best upgrade you can get for your PC.

Keyboard and mouse, probably should get it off amazon too as you'll get german key layouts on Hardwareversand.de
The budget should have about 40-50euro wiggle room still after dropping the ssd.
