Laptop Keyboard settings changed?

Hi all, I recently had to replace my hard drive after my last one crashed/ was corrupted. now that I have it back my volume keys and the touch pad scroll thing will not work? Is this due to the new hard drive and can it be fixed? Thanks for any help :D

You need to re-install drivers, check manufacturers website.
