UTV HD and RTE 1 added to UPC

UTV HD has been added on 138 , while a place holder has appeared on 135 for RTE1 launching next Monday 16th. no more pixelation on UTV !

They can only do it where the HD and SD channels have the same EPG data so its not possible to do all of them.

Also the BBC have apparently decided that BBC Two SD and HD will only be swapped (on platforms capable of it) in England for the time being, until the nations launch in HD.
