Thanks Chucken, I know I shouldn't feel ashamed. It's just it's not nearly in my wheel house, I love current affairs, documentaries, intelligent drama, reading books that aren't chick lits. I hate reality shows, I think they are a waste of my time but sometimes, just sometimes, I need to watch the Kardashians and just not put any effort into what I'm doing. Plus I've found that I have an awful soft spot for poor auld Khloe

But we're allowed some frivolous stuff at times. Life is serious enough.
I watch shows like that and think, for all the money and fame, I wouldn't trade with them.
And don't start me on The Housewives. They make me cringe but I love watching them do it

I love Come Dine With Me. I mean I really love it.

I really loved How Clean Is Your House a few years ago. I never felt more in control of my life or more together than I did watching those poor people who's lives were completely out of control.

I feel bad about that.
And good about myself.
