How can i use payslips from colleagues (comparators) that could give me their payslips to use it as evidence at a hearing and protect their identity? Someone suggest to redact all identifying data from the copy for the other party and give to the court the original one. I wonder if they risk something in doing this.

Presuming "the other party" is your current employer, then unless there are a bunch of people earning exactly the same amount to the very penny, with exactly the same tax credits/allowances, they'd be able to figure out the identity of the person who gave it to you.

Your solicitor is the one who will tell you what information the court needs, and what bits of that information it will share with the other side and in what format. He should also be able to tell you the best way to go about things.
