    With the ridiculously poor run of results I'm having at Estudiantes, that Sporting Lisbon vacancy is looking extremely tempting.

    I'd hate to have my own team ruined though (it's not even that great to begin with!!)


    How much money were you making per game at Sporting Seaneh?

    who's this "d murray" fella?

    this is the 3rd or 4th time now i've noticed he's applied for a club close to when the 7 day transfer ban is up, is this someones second account? as he seems to be applying and left there and when someone shows an interest he magically disappears. to me it looks like it's to prevent them from being raided.

    If he is a "dummy" account, I think it's a great idea. If it preserves the better unmanaged clubs from being plundered I'm all for it.

    Why? people buying from unmanaged are playing within the current rules of the gameworld. If the teams were that great a prospect it wouldnt take more than a week to fill them.

    Sporting and CSKA are/were both great prospects, people in general just aren't interested in this league at the minute, it's hard to get anyone interested in any team. Almost all moves are from in the league to a bigger club. if we can protect them for a bit longer it increases the chances of finding someone to take them on. Otherwise eventually we lose too many manager and the league dies.

    Totally agree, since the subject was barely touched upon, let alone discussed to then take it on board yourself and run with the idea and put into practice without consultation should be a turfing for sure.....

    Whoever D Murray is, Mac seems to have given him the sporting job.

    He's not a dummy either, he has other clubs and a pretty decent manager score as well as being a gold member.

    Whoever he is, I'm glad someone got Sporting and they won't be destroyed.

    Sorry lads been away a few days. Prob with my account and logging in!dmurrays a mate of mine who has joined boards and is playing SM a long time. I haven't checked the sm thread yet but I think he has posted in there and it's not a sunny account or one I have access too either
