Out of jail there. Can Leinster possibly be as bad second half? How mentally tough are the Saints?

Leinster are not playing very well, Northampton are playing quite well but the difference between the teams is that NH are only 4 points up... last week Leinster were 20+ up. Leinster are well capable of winning this.

They have said nothing controversial so far.

It's not really what they have said, it's more the fact that they're spending their whole time talking about Northampton as if there's only one team on the pitch.

Think we've looked good at times and a few of saints breaks have come from poor ref calls so not all doom and gloom. One if those games where you learn plenty from the opposition and figure them out. Thankfully we're only 4 points down.

Hartley Hartley, Hartley-- Hartley. Hartley? Hartley.

    Hartley.

Did I hear one of them refer to Northhampton as "we"?

Ahh now lads, credit where its due. Northampton have played well BUT only 4 points in it.

Madigan has actually had a decent half. Great learning experience for him.

Brilliant defense. Take the 3 points.

Much more coherent anyway but quality NH defence.

The amount of cynical play Hartley's getting away with is ridiculous. Lying all over the ball at every second ruck.

should have been a card there. the ref called advantage about 5 times

    Cronin covering for SOB :D

I don't know if Cronin was supporting his weight there, but huge moment for Leinster. Madigan needs to get NH on the back foot now.

That was a NH knock on - not a line out.

Scrum wasn't great, would love to see Moore come on.

Hartley is going to end up costing NH the game.

Not sure that was a great call for NH.

You'd wonder why they don't take a scrum, I'd say Leinster will defend this too.

Hartley has zero confidence in Meyler scoring the penalties.

Solid 9 points he's passed up on this stage?

    That wasn;t a knock on

hhoooooo hoooooo that didn't look like a knock on at all!!

With 28 mins to go what do Leinster have to do to win (apart from outscore the opposition)?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,668 ✭✭✭Mahatma Geansai

It looks like things are starting to go Leinster's way now. Need to get up the ball away from the Leinster line now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭Fireball07

Was definitely backwards but Hartley is making some strange decisions... Kahn on.

    Leinster have defended superbly.
