Zavvi threatens shoppers after accidental PS Vita deliveries

It looks like Christmas came early for some customers :P

Online retailer Zavvi has warned customers to whom it accidentally sent a video games console that they could face legal action if they have not arranged the machines' return.
The UK firm mistakenly delivered PlayStation Vitas to shoppers who had ordered a £20 game released last month.
It subsequently warned those who did not voluntarily return them that it might take "legal remedies".

Zavvi are spot on here I think,
hope they pursue the scumbags who think they can effectively steal the items in question,

Article does not mention what effort zavvi have undertaken to have the goods sent back. Of course the honest thing to do is to return the consoles, provided that postage has been paid for before the fact not sure how that would work if for example a package was sent to Ireland. IIRC UK postage stamps can not be used to send a package from Ireland. What about the inconvenience for the customer, hopefully none who returned the console were left in any way out of pocket. No mention of number of consoles accidentally posted.
