    How far in advance can you book the tickets? I need to take it on the 29th December. Can I book now and avail of the discount?

    As far in advance as you want, but it has to be at least 24 hours ahead.

    It seems to work intermittently, one page will load fine and the next one won't.

    Oh dear - what a disaster on launch day! can't get on the site - actually tried to book a couple of hours ago before i saw this discount - couldn't book then, can't get near the site now - much fiasco.

    • New server now up and running and website back in operation.
    • Many downtime.
    • The launch offer will be extended to 2pm tomorrow subject to availability.

    If you are working in PR for Aircoach, or suchlike, may I be the first to say that the PR from Aircoach over the whole thing has been utterly appalling.

    You should read the thread in commuting and transport if you want to see what I and others think.
