How often do you ride and for how long?

    I haven't ridden in a while but usually stay in the saddle for about half an hour at a time.

    What way do you go about it?

    Not as often as Id like, dont like to make him work too hard in winter, maybe a few quick ones down at the beach, I play so much sports in winter aswell I just dont have the energy tbh.
    Come spring though when rugby season is finished, I get the saddle and reins out and go for a nice long trek :D
