The best film you have seen in 2013?

I love movies, forever at the cinema. Best film I've seen this year though was a DVD recommendation from a mate- True Romance. It's a 1992 flick and listen to the cast:

Christopher Walken, Dennis Hopper, Christian Slater, Gary Oldman, Patricia Arquette, Samuel L Jackson. Awesome movie.

Recently got string out on Breaking Bad and the Walking Dead too. Savage series the pair of them.

    Whats your favourite Simpsons Episode?

Who was your fav wrestler to retire or pass away too early?

Whos your favourite wrestler never to make it to WWE?

    Favourite Wrestlemania moment?

    Whats your favourite Simpsons Episode?
I'd say the Shelbyville episode. Amazing to see outside of the town in such detail. And it had the scene at the start with Professor Frink on the flying motorcycle... "You had your chance, ga-himun!!!"

Who was your fav wrestler to retire or pass away too early?
Mike Awesome. I feel he was hindered by politics and stupid gimmicks in the big 2. He was an epic big man. Could fly like a cruiser too.

Whos your favourite wrestler never to make it to WWE?
I know they were there for a fleeting moment but The Public Enemy could've been cool I think.

    Favourite Wrestlemania moment?
I actually dunno if I could pick just one. Maybe Benoit and Eddie in the ring together, as tragic as it is in hindsight.

Hi, and thanks for doing this. I'll keep them simple.

Favourite match of all time and why?

Most under and over rated matches of all time and why?

    Favourite PPV? Worst PPV?

Why did you start watching wrestling?

    Favourite wrestling game?

What keeps you watching when the product declines in quality?

What changes would you make to improve WWE today?

Do you agree that fans look back at the Attitude Era with rose tinted glasses and overlook some of the comically bad moments that era produced, because the good moments were so memorable?

    Dream car?

    Favourite meal?

Thanks for taking the time to do this, always enjoyable.

Hi, and thanks for doing this. I'll keep them simple.

Favourite match of all time and why?
Some amazing ones to pick from. Dynamite Kid vs Tiger Mask from 1983 still stands up today. Bulldog vs Bret at Wembley cos it got me addicted. Anything with Benoit. But the most jaw dropping was a Dragon gate 6man at ROH Supercard of Honor II. Unreal.

Most under and over rated matches of all time and why?
Most over rated match ever is Cena vs Michaels in London. Snorefest

    Favourite PPV? Worst PPV?
Favourite PPV is probably ECW Heatwave 1998. Not one dud on the card. A wild street fight to end the show, cool mat based opener and a crazy spot with Bam Bam Bigelow going through the ramp. The RVD/Sabu vs Hayabusa/Hakushi tag match was a treat and a half. Honourable mention to Summerslam 2002. Kurt v Rey to open, Brock v Rock to close. Worst PPV? prob a latter day WCW effort

Why did you start watching wrestling?
In and around Summerslam 92, Bulldog v Bret got me hooked. Although I kinda remember Shawn putting Janetty through the Barbershop window.

    Favourite wrestling game?
WWF Warzone. Had all the finishers written down and would dole them out to the boys in school.

What keeps you watching when the product declines in quality?
It's just ingrained in me by now. If u can survive Mantaur and Duke the Dumpster Droese in 1995, you can get through anything.

What changes would you make to improve WWE today?
Obviously get a little more risky from time to time, especially on PPV. A little blood wouldn't hurt. Specially in the Cell or at TLC.

Do you agree that fans look back at the Attitude Era with rose tinted glasses and overlook some of the comically bad moments that era produced, because the good moments were so memorable?
I just think the whole world was gripped back then so it was just a part of life. The gick is largely forgotten or suppressed.

    Dream car?
Dave Batista's sweet Mercedes SLK when he first won the strap.

    Favourite meal?
Doner Kebab. There's an authentic Turkish spot near me that does an amazing one. Man I love it.

Thanks for taking the time to do this, always enjoyable.
My pleasure. Love this forum. It's like a brotherhood.

If you woke up tomorrow morning as a giant doughnut would you be able to resist the temptation to eat yourself?

If you woke up tomorrow morning as a giant doughnut would you be able to resist the temptation to eat yourself?

I'd like to add to MFs question and ask what doughnut would you be? Jammy, custard, chocolate, iced, ringed or one of those topaz flavoured ones?

Favourite Christmas movies in no particular order are Home Alone (Childhood classic), Elf (magically innocent yet funny) and Bad Santa ( very very dark humour).
Have any of you ever seen the movie Santa's Slay with Bill Goldberg as an Evil St Nick? So weird!

Favourite stadium to go to is Bray Wanderers away, it's a great fixture on a summer night with a few beers down by the beach and its on the Dart.
Love all the away games though, always get the hardcore fans going.

I'd be a ring doughnut because at least then I'd get my hole.

No but I've broken my sisters wrist on a see saw, my mates arm in an accident and split my brothers head open wrestling in my parents room. First blood rules

I like Bray too. Went there one July for a pre-season friendly against Villareall and got a photo taken with Marcos Senna.

As a follow up question, do you think the LOI were right to move the fixture calendar to the Summer instead of traditionally in-line with the rest of Europe?

And what would be your favourite non-Irish stadium?

World Cup winner Marco Senna, impressive. Always liked him. A Brazilian Spaniard, always gonna be a good mixture.

As far as summer soccer goes, I think it's had given us all an edge in Europe but I neve minded being on the terraces in the cold weather with a hot chocolate.

Favourite non Irish stadium. Derry City's Brandywell (ha just kidding). I actually like the GSP stadium in Cyprus, it's got a massive non water moat running the perimeter of it, odd but cool. Celtic park is awesome for noise, hard pressed for a better atmosphere

    Whats your favorite gimmick match?

What you getting the other half for christmas?

Now that theres 8 left, who is your pick to win ATH?

If you were a superstar what entrance music would you like to enter to?

    Whats your current hair style?

What are you looking forward to most in the new year?

Who has worn the best ring attire ever in your opinion?

What advice would you give to a younger Omackeral ?

    Whats your favorite gimmick match?
Used to love Battle Royals when I was smaller. Had the Royal Albert Hall one on VHS for years and would watch it every other weekend. Also loved the WrestleMania 14 Dumpster match pitting The Outlaws against Cactus Jack and
    Chainsaw Charlie

What you getting the other half for christmas?
Im taking her to Amsterdam for a long weekend. Getting her driving lessons also. I'm sound like that.

Now that theres 8 left, who is your pick to win ATH?
I couldn't answer at this stage, ask me again after the quarters!

If you were a superstar what entrance music would you like to enter to?
    Mmmmmbop by Hanson.

    Whats your current hair style?
Its a wee bit of a Mohawk on top with a Mike Tyson style line cut in. (Oddest question yet, including the doughnut one!)

What are you looking forward to most in the new year?
    Getting my own house finally

Who has worn the best ring attire ever in your opinion?
Has to be the L.O.D. Those spikes are iconic.

What advice would you give to a younger Omackeral?
Probably to go and get braces when I was 14. I was on a waiting list for 5 years and skipped the appointment to stay in and watch Smackdown. I ended up getting them on at age 25 at the cost of €3000

I'm intrigued about why you don't celebrate Christmas, but obviously don't want this to get too personal :D

    Right a few more then,

    Favourite Irish band/musician?

Prediction to win the World Cup next year?

    Prediction for Wrestlemania main event?

Blur or Oasis? (Got that from last night's Father Ted)

    Favourite wrestling book?

---- Didn't, past tense ;) We were raised as Jehovah's Witnesses, which also meant no Birthdays, Halloween or Easter... can you imagine? So for me as a child, Wrestling was a massive comfort and escape. Royal Rumble was like my birthday and WrestleMania my Christmas.

    Right a few more then,

    Favourite Irish band/musician?
---- Again, not big into music. Wouldn't attend gigs or anything. Kodaline are easy on the ear though.

Prediction to win the World Cup next year?
Well history tells us that South American World Cups are won by South American countries. Brazil had a super Confederations Cup this year, so them. Germany to do well too.

    Prediction for Wrestlemania main event?
The one I want to see is Undertaker vs Cena. Dunno if we'll get that. I've lost interest in the D Bryan story.

Blur or Oasis? (Got that from last night's Father Ted)
Default answer is gonna be Oasis but I like Park Life and Song 2 so a toss up!

    Favourite wrestling book?
I love Chris Jericho's humour. So Around the World in Spandex and Undisputed rank highest. Bret's book was a great piece also.

    Okay here we go

1: Guilty pleasure in wrestling (as in a silly character that most ppl dislike ) mine is Brodus Clay :D

    2: Favourite childhood cartoon

3: Favourite Character in that cartoon

4: Do you think that a Draft could still work in WWE

5: Will TNA make the end of 2014 in you're opinion ?

6: Who will be the next generation of top tier stars that are just starting out now (as in orton-cena, rock- austin)

1: Guilty pleasure in wrestling (as in a silly character that most ppl dislike ) mine is Brodus Clay :D

---- It's still Fandango. Everything from the sultry voice to the awesome hair. I love the guy and how he pulls off the gimmick.

    2: Favourite childhood cartoon

---- Loved Mr Ben, the one where he went into costume shop and entered a magic closet. When he left, he'd be in the world of whichever costume he was wearing. I always wanted to see the Astronaut episode but never did.

3: Favourite Character in that cartoon

It was only him or the Shop Keeper, so Benjamin gets the nod here.

4: Do you think that a Draft could still work in WWE

It could when you think of all the NXT wrestlers and the guys doing nothing like Curt Hawkins and Ezekiel Jackson. If I were to do it, I'd have cruiser weights on one show definitely.

5: Will TNA make the end of 2014 in you're opinion ?

---- They'll be there in some capacity but their support has dwindled I reckon. I don't watch anymore and I used to tune in weekly.

6: Who will be the next generation of top tier stars that are just starting out now (as in orton-cena, rock- austin)

Savage question. I'm not to familiar with superstars ages though so I'd be hard pressed to give a proper answer. It should be Bryan as we speak. Shield are looking in a good position too, all of them.

Tell a 9 year old boy he's not allowed dress up, not allowed go the bonfire, not allowed to collect wood all summer long for said bonfire, not allowed go out and watch the fireworks displays.

Thank god for Barry Horowitz vs Hakushi is all I can say :)

Who, in your opinion, is the next big thing, be it from the current roster, or from NXT?

This may have been asked already - ever meet a wrestler in public, and if so, how did it go down?

Next big thing? Well the current big thing is Daniel Bryan. So so over, Monday night was just an unreal response. Shield are also awesome. Any one of the three have the potential to be massive stars. Reigns with the look and the massive improvement. Rollins for me is amazing at selling and his offense is cool and Ambrose just has the X factor. The thing you cant teach.

Met Kid Kash before and had a bit of a chat. He was saying AJ Styles is nothing but a gymnastic pansy and he'd knock the bollox out of him! But he was very engaging. Met Rollins in Dublin last month and shook his hand and got a snap :)
