A wedding ring that my great granny first had, it's been passed down thru the generations, I always wear it around my neck and if I have any kids will pass it on to them.

A stone someone picked up from a beach and gave to me as a gift - it's just a stone to the casual observer but I wouldn't swap it for a diamond.

Tri-colour hognose snakes, not particularly prized, I care about it more than any of my other possessions, just don't have anything else of considerable monetary or sentimental value.

My 1210's. Don't even see them as possessions. Just part of my life

Prob don't get to play them as much as they deserve, but there a damn site better to look at on a side table than a vase or something!

The contents of a portable hard drive with 10+ years of photos and videos of family, friends, holidays etc. If I lost that I would be pretty gutted - can replace most other things.

(yes it is backed up somewhere else)

A sugan stool that belonged to my gran-uncle.

When I was a small child, I used to always sit on it when we visited him, and he"d tell me about how he used sit on it when HE was a child, and that his father had made it before he was born. He died 15 years ago aged 85, and left it to me in his will, as he'd always said I could have it when he was dead and gone.

He also left me £1000 punts, but I love the chair more, can't even remember what I did with the money tbh.

I don't really have a prized possession. Lots of nice things that I'd be sad to lose but nothing I'd be totally devastated over. I also have nothing very expensive in my house (I'd say the most expensive individual item in my house is only worth about €200) so nothing of major value either.

That sounds really sad but I'm really lucky to have my parents and all my siblings healthy and happy so that'll do me!

A stuffed Eeyore plushie given to me by my mother when I was hospitalized a few years ago, my mother's eternity ring, my SNES and my MP3 player in that order. Everything else is reasonably signifigant but if I lost my plushie, I'd be very upset. It's like a security blanket. Okay, at the age of 25 I agree I'm probably a bit too old to have teddies but **** it, it comforts me and got me through a number of rough months so I won't apologize.
Another valued possession of mine is the necklace I'm currently wearing. It's a silver female alchemy symbol that my parents bought me for my 23rd birthday and I love it to bits. Nearly lost the pendant on it one day and I nearly cried but fortunately managed to get the loop holding it to the chain fixed by a jewelary. It's a bit tarnished in places from constant wear but I love it all the same.

I don't think everyone answering 'family' actually realises that they're not your possession and you don't own them :pac:

My iPad, have it with me all day everyday :D
