The killer blow is when your in a good routine in the gym and then your sick or you go on the absolute lash...protein and gym out the window...replaced with battered sausages and coke!

If your eating 4 chicken fillets at lunch time and taking shakes etc..no junk you should be ripped!
    What supplements are you using?

Pretrainer - no explode caffeine free
    Gold standard - whey
Post trainer - platinum hydro build

Great combo have to say. Just need to get the routine into nazi mode again. Prob kick off nazi style jan-weights 4-5imes per week with 3 cardio sessions.

At the moment only getting 3 and occasionally 4 times per week + 1-2 cardio sessions..

Can't stand eggs..just not able to digest them.

Shake before morning work out. Porridge and shake, yoghurt or banana next. Chicken and brown rice with borlottii beans at lunch then 2 hours later, shake, steak pita for dinner or steak/chicken with veg.
Thurs, fri are a killer though Missus works late don't get home from picking up the little man until 8 so can lead to take away very easily

Eat properly during the week then destroy myself at the weekend with stout and junk.
    That's a balanced diet.

    Gyms are for gays. Lol

Yeah I said **** it took it handy. Going back to Sligo for a double 21st tonight and getting the half ten bus home didn't fancy dying all the way. 6 pints and home by half twelve not the worst

    Big as in muscle mass,

Its handy enough, protein shake at breakfast usually with scrambled eggs + weetabix,4 chicken fillets lunch,go training come home protein shake and steak and something, do have a few other snacks during the day for energy try eat no junk, works for me anyways.

Yeah, just trying to get my muscles back so I need to get in 215g of protein a day to build muscle. 4 chicken breats and steak? That's quite expensive though.

I think it's just harder due to lack of sleep and age :(

Why on earth are they asking Sam Twiston Davies about all of Willie Mullins' horses??

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 18,335 ✭✭✭✭UrbanSea

Right at the end of the morning line did Jamie Moore say Ryan fancied a ''chinky horse'' he was riding on the under card :pac: :pac: :pac:

Willie is his brother so its close enough for BBC racing
