So would you eat it as regularly as other meats?

I'm not horsing around with this thread only I think it's one of the mane issues that's worthy of discussion. We can hear both sides of the debate despite the fact that many will trot out the same old arguments. Nonetheless, we won't be muzzling anyone's views on this thread. I've added a poll but I feel I know which side will gallop away in numbers but I may be proven wrong.

So is it a yay or a neigh?

    It's a yay from me.

I wouldn't eat a horse because I like the little fellers. But I don't like humans, so I'd eat them instead. :)

Pass that bit of leg over tony, yum, tender indeed.

If you had a piece of flesh from a human and a horse, which would you try (after cooking of course)?

    Horse.

Human flesh is meant to taste like pig fat.

Documentary from the plane crash that the movie Alive is based on. The survivors eat the dead people.

    Either that or Brick Top.

It'll take you quite a while to get through Brian Cowen so; and you'll need something sharper than a knife as well.

I'm vegetarian so no but if I ate meat I would have no particular objections to horse meat.

Eaten horse a few times in france...it tastes pretty much like beef.

It's quite well known...called "long pig" by those who eat it.

Also human and swine flesh is structurally quite similar...they have been known to use pig skin as part of human skin transplants and pig insulin has also been used.

That's why uncooked pigmeat is so dangerous, what lives in a pig can live in a person!

It was only a matter of time before the vegetarians i.e. self-righteous moralists, felt the need to tell us they don't eat meat, declaring their superiority over us heretics to nature.
