I'd have just clayed in the rain, saves the hassle of the spray bottle. :p

Touche, but it was that real spitty rain, it's not big enough to get anything from it but just enough to screw it up

Misty rain means I need to clean my car, looks like I went mudding :pac:

I've seen a few cars tonight that look like they've been rallied through a Forrest.

Jesus I'm lucky if I take a bucket and sponge to it. I think it was August the last time I washed it.

Be careful, the last thing you want it to catch the bug!

    Feck that, I'm too lazy.

Occasionally during the summer, I'll blitz it. Top to bottom with a nice wash and a wax.

This time of year? ****e on the road. Muck everywhere. Rain, spray and crap. It's dirty by the end of the week. Why bother I think. At most, I'll clean the mirrors, windscreen and light lenses.

I'll be Buying a car up the North on Sunday. Just wondering what the story is about driving it down, can I transfer the insurance over to it while it is still on northern plates? as I can't VRT it until Monday. thanks

Ya I just rang liberty there. Insurance only went up 100 euro for an impreza sti. Very happy with that. Was expecting a large increase

Haven't washed my own since September at least. I thought it was dirty at the last meet, now when I go to close the boot layers of dirt come off in my hand.

I just cleaned mine, every cloth and mitt i have is now some stage of black

    Exactly, thank you pred :)

And I'll have you all know I'm happily "shacked up" as you so politely put it for the past five odd years!

I'm up to my eyes in work, haven't had a week off for close to five months, and am wrecked.

However, I have been posting regularly in this forum, even yesterday.

Your (collective) powers of observation are failing.

In car news, there is a scrape on my car, that I don't believe is caused by me :(
